Cranberry Orange Oats

5 minutes 2-4 servings 

Ingredients: 

Old fashioned Oatmeal (more texture than quick) 

Orange 

Almond milk 

Cinnamon 

Chia (thickening)

Flax 

Honey or Stevia (for less sugar) 

Dried cranberries

Sea Salt (for sweetness balance)


In a bowl combine

2 cups of oatmeal Microblade orange. No white. Just the skin of orange 2 tablespoons of chia and flax 4 tablespoons of dried cranberries Pinch of sea salt 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 2 cups of unseated almond milk, fully submerge Wrap, store in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
